34th Annual Cape May Holloween Parade


Trick or Treat on the Washington Mall from noon to 2 p.m. on Sunday Oct.3rd followed by the parade. Registration begins at 1:30 on the corner of Perry St. & Washington St. Parade starts at Perry & Carpenter St. and ends at The Emlen Physick Estate at 1048 Washington St. where you can visit Scarecrow Alley.
NJ Audubon Cape May Autumn Festival/ Bird Show Oct. 21-23 at Cape May Convention Hall from
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Come see up close a collection of live hawks, eagles, owls and falcons with Jonathan Wood's Raptor Project. It's free!!

Victorian Weekend Oct 7-10


The 44th annual Victorian weekend begins on Oct.7th to 10th. Learn and explore the lifestyles of the past inhabitants of this picturesque Victorian city. Take one of the many tours offered by The Mid Atlantic Center of the Arts(MAC) located at The Emlen Physick Estate 1048 Washington Street. Oktoberfest in Cape May


"Roll out the barrel" and Yodel over to Historic Jackson Street between Carpenter Lane and Beach Avenue for Oktoberfest in Cape May. Enjoy this great German Festival featuring traditional authentic food starting with bratwurst to strudel and raise a glass of German beer in the "Beer Garden". Plan on celebrating with family and friends and dance to the music of the Oompah Band.
Vendors will be showcasing their wares with many unique crafts and specialty items. See you on Jackson Street in Cape May Oct. 1st and wear your lederhosen.

Harvest Brew Fest


Harbor Brew Fest at the Physick Estate, 1048 Washington Street on Sat. Sept. 17 from 10a.m. to 6 p.m. Leaves are changing colors and fall is due to arrive on Sept. 22nd. Cape May Food & Wine Celebration


The shoulder season in Cape May is a great time to visit our resort city. This week begins the 20th annual Cape May Food and Wine Celebration beginning Fri. Sept. 9th through Sunday Sept. 18th. During the ten days you can take winery tours, demonstrations and dinners at The Carriage House on the Emlen Physick Estate on Washington Street and The Red Store in Cape May Point. 25th Annul Mid Atlantic Marlin Tournament


The 25th Annual Mid Atlantic Marlin Tournament is being held at the Canyon Club Marina at 900 Ocean Drive, Cape May starting on Sun. Aug. 21st to Aug. 26th. One of the biggest sport fishing tournaments on the East coast. Purse is expected to around $3,000,000. Wow!!!!!
Tournament attracts a field of world class crews and boats up and down the East coast and beyond. Hosted by the Canyon Club and South Jersey Marina in Cape May and Sunset Marina in Ocean City, MD.

AJ Meerwald Schooner docked in Cape May


The AJ Meerwald is a Delaware Bay Oyster Schooner launched in 1928. Construction is oak on oak. In 1942 under the War Powers Act, the schooner was used as a fireboat by the Coast Guard
She later was used as a clammer and retired in the late 1970's. She was restored with the help of the Schooner Project in 1989 and was placed on the Register of National Historic Places in 1995.

Craft Beer and Crab Festival Aug. 6th

Where else to get fresh seafood then at the Jersey Shore in Cape May. Festival opens at 11 8 p.m. at the Emlen Physick Estate at 1048 Washington Street. There will be food vendor trucks, regional breweries in the beer garden along with Tito's vodka and wine. Entertainment provided by Full Spectrum. Participate in lawn games while costumed historical figures roam the grounds. Admission is free.

Christmas in July on Sun. July 25th


Christmas in July at the Cape May Lighthouse located on Sunset Blvd. from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Children can visit Santa and celebrate Christmas in July. There will be games, crafts, gifts and plenty of fun.
"The Hit Men" are performing at Convention Hall in Cape May on Monday, July 25th at 714 Beach Avenue at 8 p.m.
Listen to the sounds of the 60's, 70's and 80's. This brotherhood of musicians have a close bond dating back over 50 years.
